The Conference
The Design for tomorrow’s customer today conference takes place on Monday 14th September 2009 at the Grand Hyatt hotel. The one day intensive conference is also followed by an exclusive workshop by invitation only. To register your interest in attending the workshop, please email c.hopper@arts.ac.uk
The conference features five case study sessions focussing on key elements of design, process and innovation for business leaders and corporate growth. Each session is delivered by a global leader in their field who will draw on their own experiences and provide insightful industry knowledge.
The conference is chaired by Xu Sitao, Chief Representative of the Economist Group in China and Director of Advisory Services for China for EIU. He is responsible for programme development as well as corporate and advisory services for China. He also provides research and analysis on China for Economist Corporate Network Programs across Asia.
